Time to Sharpen the Saw.

This too shall pass and when it does be sure to emerge as the new (or better) you.  Plan the new you by setting a few obtainable goals that you can shoot for while staying home. 

Here are a few of my goals:

  1. Eat more home cooked meals with healthier ingredients.  If prepared with care, meals prepared at home are better for you and your family.  I'm going to reset my taste buds buy avoiding things like pizza.  Instead, eat baked, skinless chicken topped with crushed tomatoes, oregano and cheese.
